#WTHeck? Why does Apple charge $4.99 for Tetris for Click-Wheel iPods??

Seriously, Tetris should be waaaay cheaper than this.  In fact, all click-wheel games should be cheaper than this (they seem to all be $5).  I know the idea is to push folks to buy games for the iPhone/iPod Touch and I also understand that these games are less popular—but for folks who maybe can’t afford the more pricey iDevices, charging a couple bucks versus FIVE might look pretty appealing.  Once these games are hosted, Apple does virtually NOTHING to make them available.  So, you’d think they’d be interested in making these things get downloaded more easily.

Or maybe Apple doesn’t want more money—maybe they just want EVERYONE TO HAVE AN iPHONE.

Well, I already have one and am tired of finding new ways to run the battery down, so: :P

I love how the new iTunes Store ToS is *35* pages on the iPhone! Like ANYbody’s really going to read all that! Does it really need to be *that* long?

iTunes Overkill for Ringtone Syncing

Here's a cap I took of my iTunes last night after clicking "Sync Ringtones."

That's right--all existing songs, movies, and TV shows on my iPhone (I call her "Kurochan") will be wiped JUST so I can sync my ringtones!! What the hell is that?

Why must I wipe all of my media just for ringtone-syncage? It's bad enough we have to pay to have ringtones added. It's also bad enough we can't just use songs in our music library for ringtones (not to mention not being able to use them for the alarm clock!) and now we have to go through the effort of dumping all of our media back on the iPhone?

I love it when a corporation tells me what to do.

It means I don't have to think as much.

I just wish it didn't hurt so much when I do it anyway. :(
