Server Problems--NICE

Yesterday you may have noticed the ups and downs of my server. I emailed my host several times throughout the afternoon about it only to FINALLY get a response this morning. Here's what they said:

Hello:
Sorry for the trouble. The server was under unscheduled maintenance. It should be back online and fully function already. We appreciate your patience and coorperation.

Very frustrating considering they've been pretty damn reliable over the years I've been with them. It would have been nice if they could have simply told me that yesterday shortly after I contacted them... sheesh and I was going to do my big iPod review yesterday. Now I've got no time because I've got a screening tonight and guess what! I've got a cold again! It's not a bad one, but I'm tired and stuffed up. Man, I just need a break...
