Well, there used to be a list on the White House website, but after the debates called into question the credibility of the coalition, in typical BigBrothery fashion, they removed the list. Of course, as we know, the Bush 43 Administration is pretty much completely incompetent--this includes their web mastery. Who ever was in charge of removing the list managed to miss a few copies, such as the text only version. Just in case that does go away, you should check out the article Russ Kick wrote for his TheMemoryBlog. Just to whet your appetite for more on this, here is the list dated March 27, 2003:
AfghanistanObviously, not all of those countries supplied troops and not all of those countries are still a part of this grand coalition. I also think it's funny that they include in that list Afghanistan AND the United States. First off, Afghanistan shouldn't be counted because they don't have an official government--just an interim one and the US? Come on, putting the US on this list is a little bit like signing your own website's guestbook. Man, I just can't help but giggle when I look at some of those names... Tonga? Micronesia? I've never even heard of a country called Palau!!
