BUSH 43 ADMIN SUPRESSES ANOTHER 911 REPORT

Ah, does Bush's tune ever get old? I'd say so, but that doesn't mean we can ignore the fact that Bush keeps pulling the same shit nor can we ignore that he keeps getting away with it. It's enough to convince you that George Orwell's 1984 is alive and well, just 20 years late in 2004. I've mentioned in the past how Bush acts like a dictator in that he breaks the law and lies (and a lot more) and gets away with all of it. Well, there's a report, this one from inspector general's office of the CIA, out there that names names and points fingers regarding 911--of course, it's being supressed until after the election.

A few times over the past year, I've found myself thinking that maybe Bush should get a second term just so he can be held accountable for his actions during his first term. You know Kerry will just pardon the bastard, the same way every president pardons the preceding one for any criminal activities their predecesor committed. Depending on who's names are named and who has a finger pointed at them in this report, it sure would be nice if they hadn't already been pardoned.

The Bush Administration is suppressing a CIA report on 9/11 until after the election, and this one names names. Although the report by the inspector general's office of the CIA was completed in June, it has not been made available to the Congressional intelligence committees that mandated the study almost two years ago.

"It is infuriating that a report which shows that high-level people were not doing their jobs in a satisfactory manner before 9/11 is being suppressed," an intelligence official who has read the report told me, adding that "the report is potentially very embarrassing for the Administration, because it makes it look like they weren't interested in terrorism before 9/11, or in holding people in the government responsible afterward."

When I asked about the report, Rep. Jane Harman (D-Venice), ranking Democratic member of the House Intelligence Committee, said she and committee Chairman Peter Hoekstra (R-Mich.) sent a letter fourteen days ago asking for it to be delivered. "We believe that the CIA has been told not to distribute the report," she said. "We are very concerned."

It's about friggin' time she got concerned! The Bush 43 Admin has been pulling this crap for years now and thanks to you loser Dems in Washingtoon (that's how unbelievable that is these days), DC (DC, for Denying Culpability), Bush 43 will probably get away with all of it.
