OK, let me get this straight. Saddam could give weapons to terrorists and that's bad. The US inadvertently allows a buttload of explosives to go missing and that's no big deal.

If aliens invaded and started wiping out cities across America, would the White House react by "Downplaying Missing American Cities?"
