What a laugh--if there is anyone who should NOT be trusted with curbing "overspending" it is definitely Bush. The guy would wage war on his nextdoor neighbor for not watering his own lawn regularly. I mean, come on--Bush says the Iraq Attack with go smoothly and cost billions of dollars--instead, it goes just as the naysayers predicted and costs hundereds of billions of dollars.
Who's going to veto him?
The Republican Congress?
