It stands for Fuck You and your H2. The H2 is the new "smaller" Hummer that sucks massive ass because it sucks massive gas--like real bad MPG, too--like 10.
So, someone came up with the idea to build a site that would showcase people flipping the bird at H2s they see on the street.
Pretty sweet!
My only gripe is that this site should be FUSUV.com since all SUVs suck massive gas and most are on city streets and not dirt roads like they're really supposed to be. Yes, the H2 is definitely the worst abuser of the environment, but ALL SUVs are bad for the natural world we live in.
Truth be told, my wife drives an CRV which is a small-sized SUV. The thing is, she hauls all sorts of stuff around in it thanks to her being an actor. She drags props, set pieces, and more all over Los Angeles, so she actually takes advantage of the space she has--as opposed to most SUVers in LA who just drive themselves around. Also, TheWife's CRV is a 4 cylinder which uses less gas than the 6-cylinder engines in the newer CRVs, so I draw a bit of satisfaction from that. However, she knows I'll be sure to lecture her before she spends her money on her next car. ;)
